Heather is a teacher, healer, and intuitive who uses her background in science to facilitate a multi-dimensional healing experience. She is dedicated to helping Indigo and psychic children, teens, and adults. She assists individuals and healers in opening their gifts and healing their deepest pain. Heather combines her deep knowledge of earth processes and connection to nature to reconnect people to the earth. She works with universal, spiritual, and earth energy.
The personal practice of yoga has been an integral part of Heather’s expansion as an energy healing practitioner. Heather began the practice of yoga 15 years ago and began teaching in 2008.
Heather Rose earned her B.S. degree in Environmental Science and Hydrogeology, with a minor in Geology from Richard Stockton College. She apprenticed in Costa Rica with medicinal plant expert, scientist, sacred pipe carrier, and healer Jane Segleau Earl. Heather wrote the first draft of a medicinal plant book published by the University of Costa Rica Press and taught groups of college students. She worked as a conservation biologist for 3 years in California specializing in amphibians, water quality, and endangered fish preservation.
As a result of her intensive studies in Costa Rica, Heather unearthed her healing abilities. She began an 18-year study of ancient and modern healing practices. Heather is certified in massage therapy and Intuitive Energetic Healing. She became a Reiki Master in 2004. Heather created “Diving into the Divine Feminine” in 2003(a series of classes) and “Embodying the Divine Masculine” (a community ceremony honoring men) in 2005. Heather has worked as a youth leader for the Ojai Foundation facilitating council based programs in nature with Los Angeles high school students. After creating a thriving practice and working with The Ojai Foundation in what was truly a dream job, she answered the call to leave everything and move to and work in the tropical rainforest of Bocas del Toro, Panama.
Heather formed Rainforest Awakenings in 2008, an international organization dedicated to preserving and re-wilding the rainforest, connecting youth and all people to the rainforest and nature, and supporting indigenous tribes. She has spent the past decade connecting hundreds of people to the tropical rainforest, all of nature, and their true selves. Heather has worked the past 10 years with indigenous tribes, local communities, and foreigners living in Panama to create sustainable businesses that support the preservation of the rainforest.
In 2017, Heather birthed The School for Earth Healers, a culmination of her many ceremonies, classes, private healing sessions, and work with the Earth and Nature.
